Abstract:
The authors discuss wordbuilding mechanisms involved in the derrivation of verb-based compound nouns and verbs in Bulgarian and English. The differences between the two languages occur in compound verbs and are associated with the influence of their different syntactic properties. (JB)

Autorzy omawiają mechanizmy słowotwórcze stosowane przy derywacji opartych na czasowniku złożeń rzeczownikowych i czasownikowych w języku bułgarskim i angielskim. Różnice dzielące oba badane języki uwidaczniają się w złożeniach czasownikowych i wynikają z ich odmiennych właściwości syntaktycznych. (JB)
