The aim of the paper is to present the formalization of semantic concepts using the experimental method of Computer Aided Acquistition of Semantic Knowledge (CASK). The method based on the idea in which the meaning of concrete linguistic unit can be presented only in context. The author's conclusion is that ontology-based and formalized semantic approach might be a useful tool for contrastive studies. (PK)

W artykule przedstawiono formalizację pojęć, wykorzystując eksperymentalną metodę CASK (Computer Aided Acquisition of Semantic Knowledge). Podstawowym założeniem tej metody jest stwierdzenie, że znaczenie jednostek leksykalnych może być ukazane jedynie w kontekście. Autorka podkreśla, że podejście oparte na ontologii i sformalizowanym znaczeniu może stanowić przydatne narzędzie podczas badań konfrontatywnych. (PK)
